I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike, please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork

NFT usage is strictly forbidden

All payments will be done either entirely up front, or 1/2 up front, and 1/2 upon delivery of the rough sketch, unless discussed otherwise with me

Payments are preffered through paypal, but I can also accept venmo and Kofi

My art is for your personal, non-profit use, and may not be sold or used to acquire any form of profit

If displayed publicly (eg. used as a profile picture, posted on social media, used in a character ref site, etc.) the artwork must be visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not claim my work as your own, or post it in galleries intended to display your work only.

If you request an uncolored sketch from me feel free to color it in! however do not edit my work otherwise- if there is an issue later on please just talk to me and I will likely be happy to fix it myself.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

All prices in USD

Price includes simple backgrounds, items and small animals

I will never charge extra for drawing mobility/accesibility aids (Wheelchairs, crutches, canes, service dogs, etc.)

each additional character will be +50% of the base price

More complex backgrounds will be priced based on complexity, starting at +15% of base cost, and will be estimated and discussed upon ordering

More complex design elements or props (eg. large animals such as horses, detailed armor, vehicles, etc.) will range between +5% to +20% of base cost

Pet Portraits-I would be delighted to draw your pet however, due to the prevalence of scams that start with someone asking me to draw an animal, I ask that you clearly state that you have read my terms of service before sending me pictures of your animal. Otherwise I’m sorry but you will likely go ignored.
